On August 18th, 2019, the website for the Upazila Secondary & Higher Education Office Bangladesh, located at http://useo.gov.bd/z.htm, was compromised. The attacker, identified as PikunPe0ple from the Noesantara6etar group, exploited an SSH server intrusion to breach the site and make unauthorized changes.
